WMS fittment problems

Anyone using wms velocity set up with fittment problems?

I am having the hardest time getting this thing to fit. It's like the filter is either too big for the fender, or the tubes are about 1 inch too long. It's just not going togethor I'm about through with this thing. Any help anyone can give is priceless
