ahhhh, I hate love, it's like the worst torture ever.

well, anyhow, for those willing to listen, the fiancee deceded to come home 3 weeks ago and say that she wants to split. just like that. no problems whatsoever beforehand between us. she just up and left. The last two weeks have been the hardest, loving and talking to someone on a daily basis, then nothing. turns out she's got another "friend", what a crock. Ah, I guess life goes on.

Anyhoo, here are the new times on the 'ole '96 with the PI swap, 3.73's, O/R pipe, flowmasters and J-MOD shift kit.

1/4 15.12@91.45

not as good as I had hoped, I was thinking at least a high 14 out of her. I'll give her another run next weekend, but I still picked up a full second off the mod's, she ran 16.2@82 bone stock.

well, many, many cheers, talk to ya all later. i'm going to a few and try to kill this heartache............

Thanks man! i really do appreciate it. I never knew how many friends I had until this happened, the support REALLY helps.

Hold on to what you have man, I didn't even realize how much I had until it was gone, u know. towards the end i was so used to having her there I took it for granted. I have a whole new outlook on a relationship now, it truly is a very special thing.

Good luck and best wishes to ya!

I'm sure i'll find another, but until then, my car does have two tail pipes that never say no.

Sorry to hear that man. Splitting up really sucks. My wife and I have been married for 8 years next week and I really don't know what I would do without her. You'll find the right one for you.

I went through a really tough break up after 2 years just recently...and the only thing that I kept telling myself was that everything happens for a reason. It's really difficult to stay positives at times like that and it's even more difficult to understand or comprehend why things are happening..but if it's meant to be, it will. I know it sounds cliche and stupid, but honestly, I truly believe that when you find that right one, everything will eventually work out in the end. Keep your head up!

yea, you're right, there's someone else out there for me, and you're right, it really does suck, but it's probably better that this happens now rather than once we were married, so it's all good, just takes time to get over the memories and such.

but it's all good, still got my stang.

Well I dont know if this will make u happier, but I was with a chick for 3 years, I did everyFKINthing for her. She was REALLY REALLY hot, but dumb. Her reason for the breakup = " I WANNA HUG OTHER GUYS N STUFF". I got so mad, I told her to leave me alone forever.

I feel sad sometimes, but hey I got my stang, my friends, and I FINALLY GOT my OWN LIFE.

I had some crap happen to me when I was over here last year. The ex and I were planning on getting back together when I got back, we were talking about marriage again (were engaged prior to break up) Well she finds a new guy, my stuff gets moved to storage while I am 10,000 miles away and I get the shaft.

BEST THING THAT EVER HAPPENED TO ME.
If this didn't happen I wouldn't be a teacher in ****ing paradise and living life to the fullest.

Get that ring back, sell it and get something nice for yourself, or just use it to pay off bills. Life throws some nasty turns at you, but sometimes they lead to the best things ever.

And sorry to hear of your situation. I went through it 4 years ago. Something that helped me was staying busy. I was with her for 5 years before that so it was difficult but time helps.

Another way of thinking that may help ... If your car screws you over, you can always fix it and even make it better!

I dunno what I would do if I lost my girlfriend. I have so much invested into this relationship. Today [04/20/06] was actually our 1 year 11 month mark. We're going to Cancun for our 2 year anniversary. I love her so much.

Sorry to hear about that, man. Just realize that she's not any good if she does that. You deserve better than that.

Screw the women...

Whats the elevation at your track? A PI-swapped car running 15.12? When I think Kansas, I think flat.

Sorry to hear man, same thing happened to me a month ago. 2 1/2 years together, I get deployed to Afghanistan and she breaks up with me 2 months after I get here. I even re-enlisted for 5 years so she could go to school while I was still in. O'well I guess i have 30,000 to spend on the mustang.
