Won't idle after new motor mounts.

I put new motor mounts in my gt and now it won't idle. It's smoking black and sounds like its not fireing on all cylinders. I pulled a couple of plugs and they had gas on them. I did move the wires around to the 02 sensors, can this be the cause. Any help appreciated.

well concidering you have to lift the motor to put new motor mounts on, it sounds like a vacume problem, check all your vacume lines... some of them probably got disconnected up top when you raised the engine... if your worried about your o2 sensors disconnect the battery for awhile and then hook it back up, it will reset your computer...

I had already checked them and didn't see anything disconnected but just rechecked and one of the lines under the intake came off. Since I can't reach it i'll just have to take the upper off. Thanks for the advice.

What about your ground on the back of the motor? Could you have pulled it off while moving the motor around?

but would that cause the motor to run rich?? I would have another guess for vacuum lines or o2 sensor
