MY 01 GT JUST STARTING HAVING THIS PROBLEM. WHEN I GO TO START IT UP IT WON'T START,IF I PUT MY FOOT ON THE GAS IT WILL START UP BUT WON'T STAY RUNNING. IT WORKS OK SOMETIMES AND DRIVE JUST FINE. WHEN I STOP AT A LIGHT IT WILL STALL. I PUT MY THE GAS IT STARTS UP AND RUNS FINE. COULD IT BE THE TPS?

Sounds like the IAC to me, it's not an expensive fix. It seems these go bad on the 99-04 4.6 2Vs fairly regularly. My 2000 has 30,000 miles on it and I've already replaced it once.
When you replace it go ahead and have your intake cleaned as well.

I CLEANED IT THIS MORNING AND IT SEAMS OK. I'LL GO GET ONE ON MONDAY

yea i had that problem with my 90 gt. it was open all the way and was idleing at about 1300
