Walter finished his Liscense passes Today at Woodburn and chalked up a new best in the AFP coupe. He ran 9.62 at 140 all motor.

Also Lars M clocked a new best of 10.02 at 134 in his AFP Tuned 67 Camaro. :nice:

Good Job to Both of them! :hail2:

I wish I could have helped more. The shop has been fairly busy this summer or the car would have been done sooner. As time goes on and we build more cars I have transformed from driver to tuner/crew chief and I think that works well for me. I get great enjoyment out of watching our cars run. I will make a few passes in the car and get liscensed next year.

Realizing that a carburated drag car is not too close to what most of our customers drive, we will be building another car this winter that more people can relate to. The new car will be a Fox body coupe with a modular motor and Digital fuel injection.

View attachment 522258 after 5 months at AFP and nothing getting done, i decided to go another route. this is where the real work got done. to go from 10's well into the 9's took a good bit of tuning.
