First off, thanks everyone for the great advice so far. I have my passenger side a-arm off and the steering rack loose. I am replacing all bushings in the front end after a loud screeching noise.
After taking off the passenger side a-arm, the bushings were toast! The inner metal insert was actually busted through all the rubber and rubbing on the outer metal collar!!!! No wonder it sounded and handled so bad.
Anyways, when I took my upper strut bolt off, my strut dropped about 1" and the freakin thing flew off somewhere, I have searched like crazy for it, but's its either buried down into neverland, or flew across the garage somewhere. So, can I just buy a nut and washer from home depot and put back on there?
