wooooah, car wont stop cranking!

ok so this weekend i did a lot of wire hiding and put my starter relay (which i just replaced) and all that in my fenderwell. anyway i hooked everything back up abnd tried to crank it and it cranked but wouldnt stop and i eventually had to pull ther terminals off the battery itself. i am freaking out trying to trace my wiring. like something is wayyyy wrong, could it keep cranking like that cause maybe i hooked everything up backwards on the starter relay? The pump primed so i assumed i got no spark (thank god) and thats why it just continued to crank and didnt start. ii have a 6al box which has a pos and neg line which i hooked up on the starter relay too, pos on pos side and neg on neg. anybody have any ideas?

ok holy **** i reread my instructions for my 6al and i should NOT have hooked the neg side to the starter side of the relay, !!!! i should of just hooked it to a good ground, durrr ok i fried my starter relay (wont click over) and im not getting power from my ignition and my cd player isnt turning on when i koeo. my headlights and interior lamps work. could i have fried my ecu and 6al box?

haha thanks for the replies. i think i accidently wired both the pos and neg wires from the msd box to a hot source. andim not getting power from my ignition switch.
