Ok, I installed my MM C/C plates a few weeks ago. I was out of town at my grandfathers doing it and we went fishing the next morning. So I got my uncle to bring it to get aligned for me. He couldnt get the camber right. The plates maxed out. I e-mailed the guys at MM (who were very helpful btw) and they said I need to swap the two top plates. The ones for camber. And from looking at them, I can see why. The slots are not centered on the strut, so by swapping them I would get more adjustment.
My question. Would I be able to set the camber myself by putting a level on the wheel? I already forked over $80 for the first alignment cause the guy did the rear too
So is it possible? If not Ill talk to the guys at the tire shop I work by and see if they can do it for $20 since I only need the camber set. The caster and toe in are fine.
