I'm going in for a dyno tune in week if i decide to change mufflers sometime after will i need to get the car re-tuned? All i'll be doing is switching muffler brands (Flowmaster to Borla) everything else will remain the same.

Hey i just noticed in u'r sig u've got 1 chambers. How do u like em? I've had these mufflers on a couple of differnet cars and now i've got em on my 99 GT and i just don't like the way it sounds with these 4.6 engines. Im gonna go with with Borla Stingers.

If it is a good shop as long as nothing between the Maf and the front o2 changes you'll be ok.
Otherwise I'd wait.
BTW the stingers are FREAKING loud. Hope that is what you want. Personally I like the quieter sound of my std borla's.

Ill admit they are not the best sounding mufflers in the world but I like it obnoxiously loud so thats why I have the 1 chambers.Mainly because its like running open headers. I might change and If I do Im going with stingers as well.
