I'd like to trade it for a like condition 77/78 Cobra II or King Cobra..

A fox-body for a II?

That's a sucker trade there, friend. IIs are much better cars, I don't think you'll have much luck finding someone wanting to downgrade. Don't get me wrong, that car's clean as hell for it's age, and nice for a fox, but it could be absolute mint, zero miles, blessed by The Pope, autographed by Jack Roush, Carrol Shelby, and Steve Saleen, and I'd still rather have my IIs, and I think most of the other II members would feel the same.
