I been tryin to figure out what to do with my EGR valve since i deleted the tube due to header install, instead of trhowin it out should i try this ?
found in the forums last year....
-You'll only get a CE light if you take the whole valve off and leave it unplugged. What you can do, which is simple, is seperate the two pieces of the EGR (few screws) then find a way to hold the plunger down 1/2 way and block off the hole on the intake. 30min at the most to do all of that including making a plate out of metal to block off the intake... Joe, we should have instructions in the sticky about removing the EGR
