I took a short video so you can hear it your self, its hard to over the neighbors tractor but if you listen carefully you can hear the injector bulbing and gurgling. Ive replaced the top O ring and I just replaced the bottom O ring and I cant get it to stop spitting out fuel. Its gurgling around the base of the injector where it goes into the intake and seeping out from there. Its doing this with the engine turned off.

Try a different o ring. It relieving the pressure when off. make sure there is no debris on the oring and make sure that the injector ports are clean.

Also try using vasoline on the o ring when installing.

I did all of that they are new O rings on both ends and its stil seeping fuel. I just took out out for a spin after cleaning out the injector port and it wont stop seeping fuel out around the base of the injector where it goes into the intake. It takes a lot to notice it but you can hear it bubbling out. Im f'ing sick of this problem its been doing this for more then 2 wks now and no matter what I do it wont stop sptting out fuel. I may just call it a defeat and wait until the new injectors and intake to go on

I wanted to go to the track tonight but I know its not a good idea with it like this no matter how minor the leak.

Can you take pics? You've been beating the bag out of those 24 pounders, they will break! I'd take it easy, fuel and spark should only meet inside the combustion chamber!!

I'm not driving it and I don't plan to until it goes to the shop for the Cam/Intake install. What is it that you want a picture of? You can see it seeping out but with pictures you wont be able to tell, its only something you an hear and see with your own eyes.

you try swapping two of the injectors around? that ll tell you if its just that injector or if its the rail/intake port

I tried this, I swapped out the injector that as leaking (forward most injector on the drivers side) with the one right behind it. Took it out for a spin same distance that I always took it when testing it out before, got on it just about as hard. Came back popped the hood and no issues at all. The injector that was seeping that is now swapped to the port behind it is no longer leaking and the injector in port #1 is not seeping either. Maybe the problem injector just did not want to seat the way it should have in that injector port. Very odd but its not leaking fuel at this point in time so hopefully its fixed for good :nice:

How did you first find out it was leaking?

I could smell it from inside the car and when I looked under the hood the front of the intake was wet with fuel and it was all puddled up on the top of the intake by the first two injectors. It was actually quite a bit of fuel sitting there I'm lucky that nothing went up in flames.
