no it has hi flo cats. i wanted to go with the o/r but dont feel like changing them out once a year. i have heard the o/r bassani setup and it sounds badazz.
I guess it depends on where you live, I had the Bassani X with the High flow cats and JBA axle backs and it sounded great. I removed the cats and put the off road pipes on and it sounded awful, very raspy to the point were it was un-driveable to me around 2K RPMs. I went with the off road H and it sounds good, on the verge of being to loud for me, still get the truppeting effect around 2-3K RPMs.
If I had to do it all over again I would go with the Bassani catted X and Bassani mufflers.
