My bissani x pipe has been welded together for some stupid reason. Not only is it hard to get off and on but it is also hangs really low and there is nothing I can do about it. So my question is can I legally have my cats clamped onto my exhuast or was that the reason they were welded? If so, what is the easiest way to go about clamping them in?
