2002 GT 3.55 gears, shortys , CAI, SCTX4 tuner and lowered. Timing chain guide(s) let go, just noisy so engine is coming out. I know there are better but these 2 are readily available. Looking for real world experience and driveability information and of course power output. Thanks in advance.

With those cams you should degree them in and possibly use dished pistons to avoid valve contact. It's been awhile since I've researched cam swaps so my memory is a little fuzzy. If you search cam swap you may find a wealth of knowledge. Also check the track times thread or the Dyno thread in this section and you should find some power numbers you are looking for.
