I am looking to get some brighter bulbs, I got a set from ebay and one burnt out already but it lasted a decent amount of time but not nearly half the life of the stock bulbs, one is still working and my car looks stupid with one yellow and one blueish light........

I got them from ebay, I also got some for my g/f's car and they burnt out in like a week or so, I told the seller and he sent me another pair for free and they did the same thing.

On both cars I put relays for the headlights for more power output for the higher wattage bulbs.

A friend of mine got some bulbs from a ricer store for his VW, he said those didn't last long after he sold them to a friend, he now had Matrix bulbs I think, those burnt out already....

So I have no idea what people use when then use Xenon bulbs

Which will last like stock bulbs? If I can't find any I will just get Silverstars probably....

sylvania silverstars 25.00 at walmart.i gave up on the xenon bulbs.they last about 3 months in my car.silverstars been in 2years so far with water leaking in now.somedays after a rainstorm my passengerside light is half full of water and they still keep on working.

As everyone else has said, for generic replacement bulbs, the Sylvania Silverstars are the way to go without a doubt. They're all about producing more visible light and making the night brigher -- As opposed to just tinting/coloring the bulb in order to achieve a different color.

I even spent $110 for a set of japanese racing piaa's they last 11 months,, they all stink, go with the sylv they are all talking about, or just continue to by cheap blue bulbs, cause they all stink, exept fo the sylvania's.....
