Xpipe hitting on trans crossmember

i found the problem with my vibration at idle. its hitting the crossmember. would it be possible to bolt where the X meets the catback lower down, like 1/2" so it'll get more clearance from the brace? i dont wanna stress the manifold joint/flange.

here's a pic



i actually just figured it out. since the pipe is a 2-piece (it bolts up on the drivers side after the cat). i can just twist the tubing between the manifold and the first flange (since they're both ball/flange joints) to get clearance. this SHOULD fix the problem. anyone else with the mustangtuning catted x have this problem?
