Finally done w/these damn door sills I kept talking about to some of you. Original plans fell through but I found another way to get the same look. I like 'em. I'm waiting for the 2nd one's last coat of color to dry, but I thought I'd show the other one off for now:

And I do believe they'll fit along nicely into this:

I have never been a fan of porno-red, but you accented it very nicely. It looks great, do you have any full shots?

I'm liking that center gauge holder in the vents. Thats a LOT nicer than the autometer crap I have.

Thanks guys

Kevin, I never liked the Autometer one either. The only time it works is when it's in a black dash or painted to match.

I bought some of the polished billet sills, scuffed them up, and painted them with dye I got from Alanw6. Added the decals, and voila.

Fett, it's burgundy and not porno red. The flash from the camera or the shine from the sun often makes it look more like P.R., but it's a huge difference if you matched them up. I had porno red in my first 4-banger and it was kinda rough to deal with!

You know I like to torture you, DMan. I would've but the car isn't running right now and I couldn't take pics in the garage (no room) so I kept 'em off for now.

I accidentally pulled the spout connector off the TFI harness, and the only tech I can find or be told seems to NOT be the way it was originally. So I'm leary of doing it up in a way it didn't begin, and am just sitting here until I hear something different. There's a thread in Tech about it w/pics and explanation. Maybe you can check yours for me and let me know.

I got the e-brake boot black because I felt a white one would've looked stupid and overdone by that point. So...never

Even when my car was a daily driver I didn't kick my feet on the door sills, so it wouldn't matter to me either way. THis isn't the daily driver kinda stuff either, although I could if I wanted to:

Sorry..I just drooled in your engine bay and you had it so clean!
As always - nice touch with the door sills. Not overdone the least.
