i have a 69 351 block in my shop. it has the motor mounts still on it and there good.my 89 5.0 needs new ones bad would the mounts off the 351 work?

I don't think it'll work.

No they wont work. Tried it when my friend put a 351 in his 89 Notch.

The mounts should be specific to the vehicle, which is why they probably won't work. AFAIK, the 351 mounts are the same as the 302 mounts in the Fox application.

I guess i assumed HIS was out of a truck or an early Mustang or something. So what was the 351 in before. I doubt if a 69 mustang and Fox would have the same mounts.
