My first mustang was my "mid-life crisis" car. I bought it at 40, it was a black auto '97 v6 coupe. I totalled it within two months... (we won't talk about that... )

I first rode in a '71 Mustang Mach 1 when it was brand new, hot off the line and I was young and never forgot it. Then I rode in a few others and at 16 wanted one but my dad wouldn't let me have one. I bought lots of cars till I hit 40. Had that one and now I have this one ('98 GT vert 5-speed, putting in some mean stuff). Only two for me.

I bought my daughter a '95 v6 vert for her graduation in '04. Her boyfriend totalled it eight months later. They bought a '94 v6 coupe to replace it. And now they are looking at a '97 v8. She's 19-1/2 right now. I bred a "pony" girl...

In order:
1986 LX 3.8 convertible - red with black top (1st car ever)
1989 LX 5.0 hatchback - black with red cloth interior
1995 Cobra (R clone) - white (of course) and black/saddle leather interior
2004 GT - red with charcoal leather interior

I want my 1995 back.

I'm 22

First: 1989 Camaro RS 2.8 (slow), then swapped for 305 (still slow).
Second: 1996 Blazer LS (gas hog, mustangs MPG is twice as good)
Third: 1998 Tiburon FX (fun car, but not for me, bought it to give to my brother and drove it while looking for my stang. I still have it)
Current: 96 GT, which I'll probably keep forever, because I'll never get back the money I've put into it.

Im 34, and have owned few cars in my day but as for Mustangs...

1. My 1st car 1978 Mustang II Cobra II red and black-rare color,302 (swapped in a 289) 4spd.

2. 1967 Mustang GT, White with red racing stripes, 289 4spd.

3. 1989 Mustang GT, Blue/grey, 5.0 5spd

4. 1997 Mustang GT, Rio Red, 4.6 auto.

Next I want a 96-98 Mustang vert, v6 daily driver. Laser Red with the sand top/interior. Save the miles on the GT..

I'm 18 now - Current Sonic Blue 04 w/ vortech, IRS, blah blah blah, is my first Mustang. Both of my parents owned mustangs (68 w/289, and some crappy II's lol), my dad being the more active of the two working & racing at a drag strip for 4 years through college.

Cars:

1.1996 Caddy Sedan DeVille; MINT interior/exterior when I sold it, cept the AC was on its way out and there was small trans seal leak (which knowing what I know now I could have fixed for a few bucks, but the shops wanted $4000 lol)
2.2004 Pitch Black SVT Focus 5dr;awesome little car - LOTS of problems though! The NOW recalled clutch went out after 1000 miles and my dealer refused to replace it until I called Ford, and then SVT, and then even after they replaced the parts they put on the reciept "No future power train warranty work will be honored" - did the same thing when my TPS sensor died too
3. 2004 SonicBlue Mustang GT 5spd; Vortech Mongoose kit (SQ) w/ 3.3" pulley, Cobra IRS, MM goodies (lots 'n' lots ), intake stuff, headers coming soon.

1st was a 93 Saleen......******* rearended it going 70mph so it's gone
2nd is 98 GT.....love it but it needs more power. Maybe I'll add a Kenne Bell and some other things when I have 5G laying around. Note to self....next time go Cobra.
