Ok the psychologist in me is coming out.
A study of how different music affects your driving habits. This could be huge. First I will need tuition to get my doctorate, this will be my dissertation. Oh and a large grant to fund my research.
Step 1....analyze music based on the speed of the tempo, rhythm, lyrics, etc. Everything from classical to heavy metal. Break it all down into maybe about 20 test songs.
Step 2....a realistic car simulator. One able to track speed, acceleration, turning g-force, etc.
Step 3...recruit participants. They have to be a wide sample of different ages, genders, races, etc. Probably need at least 500 to get a good random sample.
Step 4....design a pre and post questionnaire to limit the affect of other factors. Things like what is your stress level, how are you feeling, etc. If you analyze those from before and after you can eliminate the effects on the true test in the statistical analysis. This way the data will show the effect of the music and it the extraneous variables.
Step 5....randomize chit and stick these suckers in the simulator. Play music. See how they drive.
I'm guessing no one has read this far...
