well kinda. i parked my car for the night at 11pm last night. it wasnt raining, i check the floorboards, dry. this morning my dad said you checked your car yet? it rained a whole lot. and he went and checked and told me there was water in there. so i went out and theres a small puddle next to the door. today im pulling the seats, carpet, and center out. replacing the boot, and seats then shampooing the carpet and leaving the interior out untill i get the leak fixed. i may start putting my rear seats in just to cut down on time later.

this place called ace auto glass does a 45 dollar water check, and they check everything for leaks, if they find its the winshield its like 125 to take it out re insall it, and then cost of moldings. this is the 3rd winshield the car has had.

so today i think i fixed it. with the assisance of my friend and his dad (the ones that helped me paint my car). we took an air compressor to each of the drain holes in the sunroof, and the right front, (where water sits) had no air coming out of it. and all the sudden friends dad spots water on the ground and air comes out of it. good news, bunch of water fell out of it after we cleared it, then we kept pouring water down it, and shoving it out with the compressor. good news.

on antoher note, my same friend and i took the rest of my interior out, replaced the lower shift boot, and re-assembled with only seats and center console. now all i have to do is clean the floor, and shampoo the carpet while its out of the car and put it back in (after ive confirmed it doesnt leak)

:nice:

just kidding, we cleaned out the right front sunroof drain with a compressor and water, this morning there was a puddle in my floorpboard, under the seat and behind it. almost looks like its running down the door. maybe time for weatherstripping. and doorpins and bushings for driverside.

woo i found it ! this time for real. i taped a bunch of paper down to the floorboards and closed doors and had at it with a hose. water is going trough my weatherstripping on the top of the pass. door, getting through to the cover that goes from the stripping to the headliner, then running down the a piller trim and dumping out on my door pannel, running down my speaker and then to the floor. so i need weatherstripping and a way to keep it out of the trim.

how can i keep it out of the trim? if i just get new weatherstripping will that fix my problem?

maybe i dont have this:
