Ok, ive searched a few times but cant find the answers im looking for. Ok this weekend i am goin to delete my a/c. I have a upr smog pump delete bracket, and i will also be puttin on a oriellys idler pulley, which is a tad bit smaller then the stock pulley. Dont kno why but it is a bit smaller. My belt is slipping as it is so i figured id go ahead and do the delete and get me a gatorback belt. Does anyone know what size belt i will need if i take the compressor all the way out, and put the oriellys idler pulley on. Oh yea, i have underdrive pulleys but i left the stock alternator pulley on so that makes a small difference. does anyone know the size belt or how i can check to see the correct size i need.

Your just going to have to do it trial and error, the PITA way is going to be the best. Take your belt and see how much is left over and subtract that amount (roughly) from the length you have (the length is part of the part number). It took about 3-4 belts and trips to the parts store to get the correct belt for me.

I still have my smog air pump but deleted my A/C and run underdrives with the stock alt. pully. IIRC the stocker is a 104 and I ended up with a 101 or 102 IIRC.

have a friend use a breaker bar to move the tensioner pully to the approximate location it would be in with a belt and use a piece of string and run it the same way the belt goes and then measure it..all done.. one trip to parts store
