25th: It definitely doesn't sound stock. How much difference in sound do the 1.7 rockers make? It might just be them.

Hmm, well it sure is stock, and I would know if someone did anything with that motor, its been in my shop for ever, under wraps!

Back in the day when my old 86 was stock, i did a dash swap to the 87+ dash. Once i did that swap (i dont know what happened nore was i able to fix it) even tho the cam was stock it sounded like a "cammed" car.. a week or two later i popped a head gasket and went with an e-cam in a new engine so i never was able to fix it so that it would idle like stock mustang should.
