Squeak sound in the front-end

Hey guys,

i'm not that much of a gear-head but i keep hearing a squeak sound from the FRONT left of my car... is that a ball-joint going bad ?
If that can help, it does it when i'm going straight.

Sounds like a ball joint. If it is just get some 03 Cobra A arms they come with Heavy duty ball joints and improved bushings and turn rad. They are about $150.

that's my guess aswell... it does it when I drive thru a small bump.... is it dangerous if say i dont have the money to change it now and would do it in a month or so ?

Yup, our balljoints squeek when they start to go bad. When mine crapped-out last year, they started squeeking every once in a while, then within 2 weeks they were starting to squeek and clunk very loudly ALL the time. Not sure how much longer I could have driven on them, but the sound was actually quite loud and embarassing

Mine is not always doing it but it becomes pretty frequent.

yeah i need a lower passenger its so bad now i turn the wheel at all and its all squeeks...pretty embarassing lol go press down on your front left fender and see if it squeeks when you do that

you need to replace it asap......the question is not "if" it will break,but "when"....i had one break on me 2 years ago...luckily i was just moving the car out of the back yard..if i had on the road going around a corner,it could have been real ugly
