Who makes FRPP headers?

Ultra lib is the political climate in the Boston area. You could have guessed about my accent the same way I guessed where your mother lived.

Because once you take them off, and put them back on, they dont want to fit... so you end up using a c-clamp to pull them into the right spot.

dude i make them out of old beer cans and cloths hangers what do you expect? im ean come on they only cost $2.3 million dollars a piece. not like there that bad for the money.
I am 100% certain they are NOT made by Mac. While I am not totally sure who makes them, my best guess would be Hedman. Their 1-5/8 un-equal length shorties are of the same design, have a one piece flange, and even look just about the same.
It makes no sense whatsoever that Mac would be the one who makes these....why would they make headers for a third party of such outstanding quality but not use the same features (ie. 3/8" thick 1-pc flange) on their own headers. Besides, Mac does not use Jet-Hot's ceramic coating on their brand of headers that are ceramic coated (and no, I am not referring to the silicon based coating on their cheap-o's).
Call me simple minded, but what is wrong with thinking FRPP makes FRPP headers? I am 100% sure Mac does NOT make them! Heres to trying to rearail the thread after its derailment!
The Jet Hot Ceramic Coating that came on my Ford Racing Headers did not hold up worth a crap, tons of rusty pits!!!
I am pleased with my BBK ones. Even after heating and beating them to make steering arm clearance, they still look nice. They have been on for a little over a year and a half.

I don't think FRPP makes anything. I am pretty sure everything is contracted out and rebadged. Not that that is a bad thing as long as quality and specifications are up to par.

Yours look much better than mine, I already tried to get mine covered under warranty but it has to be rusted through as you said. The latest versions of Ford headers only have a 12 Month Warranty if I read it correct.
thanks guys for complimenting my headers and yes i do give a 12 month warranty on them. oh yea, i made some more this weekend.
I have the 2007 FRPP catalog in front of me.....The Jet-Hot coating has a limited lifetime warranty against rust through only.

Summit uses the same verbage on the "warranty" link of any part of the same brand. They take what applies to most of the products of any brand, and use it as the generic "warranty" statement for all parts of that brand. They do not individually post the correct warranty statement for each individual part.
The Jet-Hot ceramic coated FRPP headers have a lifetime warranty that covers rust through only, as has already been stated in this thread.
