A few questions I am wondering about prochargers...

I am planning on (started saving, and reading up on) purchasing a Procharger P-1SC (with a 2 core intercooler) for the Tang-Stang, in Oct. or Nov. I was wondering though... for 8 lbs boost...
1) Do I need a higher flow fuel pump for the smaller 8 lb or is just for the 10? If so what is a good brand, or replacement?
2) I know I need larger injectors (42lb??), MAF and Tuner, but what else? I will be buying it new from a place near by so I will be getting everything except those I believe...

Anyone have a copy or a link to the install manual to this so I can read up on it. I haven't done one before and I just want to know a little more before I have it in my hand and my car 1/2 apart...

I know there has been dumber and more repetitive questions here but I didn't find any answers for my quick look...

Sorry my copy of the manual is stateside so i can't help you there. I would recomend at least a 255 lph intake pump just to be on the safeside. There not that expensive and are are an added insurance when you put on the boost for a while. 42 lbs injectors are fine for 8 lbs of boost but i would recomend going with the larger 3 core intercooler if you can so theres no need to upgrade later if you can afford it. I had to get a MAF extender for the 90 mm lightning MAF and if i had to do it again i would get an SCT MAF instead. I would also recommend the SCT Xcal2 for your tuner it is very user freindly IMO. You will be surpised at hw much power the prochargers can make right of the bat with very few other mods besides fuel. Other than that you really don't need anything else other than that and you will be more than pleased

Oh, also I knew I had to put the stock pulleys back on, I just failed to mention it...

This is were i got mine from I paid $4500 for my D1-SC, 3-core intercooler #42 injectors SCT chip and a 255 in-tank pump. I looked at the JMS kit and was going to get that one instead but THR offered a discount so I went with them instead.

I would also get a dyno tune..

When I lived in s'toon I think the only guy who even had a dyno was from Edmonton and I don't think he did any tuning.. Unless that's changed now..

Oh, and I think there is one in Regina but I heard it's only for big trucks.
