Got the 00 R hood back from paint and on the car **PICS**

That's the stock 94-95 cobra spoiler

I think you have just sold me on that hood. I have been back and forth for some time about picking it up. It just looks dead sexy on your car.

I have heard that Cervinis hoods are an off the shelf fit. Did you have trouble with fitment? I am pretty up-tight about body lines.

It fits great, all it needed was minor mounting adjustments. I enlarged the holes in the hinges slightly to give more movement, then had to adjust where the hinges bolt to the fenders. Also you will need to adjust the latch, but all these are pretty common when fitting an aftermarket hood. Other than that, the fit was perfect! I recommend the hood very highly

Yea I have wanted this hood for a long time, it's agressive without being overdone IMO...and I am just a freak for the 00 R stuff in general.

Yes our cars will be pretty close lol, I even have plans for some side scoops too haha.

Now I need Tom to hook me up with some black vinyl inserts for the "scoop" on the hood

theres a little idea of how we might look.

I have had both and honestly prefer it this way.. You just have to see it in person..

Sure can! I might be takin the car out for a drive tonight, I'll take my camera along and hope a good photo location jumps out at me. The last ones I took, I was just driving by a golf course and saw the sun setting, slammed on the brakes, and pulled into the parking lot lol.

I just need to remember to set the camera to a large resolution this time
