140mph speedo for my 88

I found a really good deal on one out of a 93 GT what would i have to do to make it fit my 88?

He means the speedometer itself and not the cluster.

You need to take the speedo out of the cluster and swap it into yours...then transfer the gauge face over or buy some overlays for an '89 w/140MPH speed

my bad I thought that was implied, yes you need to take the cluster apart and take the speedo cable off and then swap the new one in.

I think you can swap the 93 speedo into the 89, but not vice versa without modifying it.
