Got the Cobra!!

I've always wondered what it was like to drive either a Mach or a Cobra. The only true "sports car" that I have ever driven myself has been my stang. And my measly 230 rwhp seems pretty quick to me at times (I used to drive an Elantra before ) so I can only imagine how you Cobra and Mach owners feel.

When I sold my very first car (84.5 GT350 Auto Hatch) I got an Elantra, now there was a fast car Sadly enough it was quicker than the 84 This is my eighth stang and second Cobra and the Cobras really are special cars to drive, I know they have better engines and brakes, but they just feel better than normal Mustangs Same goes for the Machs, drove my friends and fell in love with it, one of the main reasons I sold my GT to get a Cobra.

In my opinion, after driving the new 2007 GT's and my cobra,I can honestly say that the Cobra feels just as quick.

I wasn't interested in getting something that was super fast but the Cobra had just enough umph to make me happy

I started out with a 96 GT auto with probably a measly 185 rwhp (no disrespect non pi owners) . Since this was my 1st stang it felt fast to me, until I got beat by a Maxima & a Lincoln LS. then i stepped up to a 97 Cobra & this thing felt like a beast compared to the 96 GT. Then i purchased the 03 Mach which at first felt a little faster than the Cobra, but I just thought it was the gears. I have raced my buddys 96 cobra numerous times in the Mach & even with 4:10's vs my 3:55's, he has never even came close to pulling on me. Dont get me wrong though, 96-98 Cobras are badass & they are my favorite late model stangs, & they are plenty fast.

Now I finally got my first 5.0 (95 Gt 5 spd), & after driving a 32V, this thing isnt very impressive bone stock....I love it anyway because I always wanted a 5.0 & I know the potntial it has...

I could never get tired of hearing 32Valves @ 6800 rpm's....

If my 97 Cobra didnt have so many little flaws that bothered me, I would still have it today...Im just anal as hell about my cars lookin good, & the paint needed work...Other than that, I loved the car & one day i want to get another one....

Yeah, I'm like that too.

I actually want to get a set of the '95 Cobra rims. I think those are the ones that are all polished without the black trim like the ones on the 96-97's.

Those are the 94-95 Cobra's.... those wheels arent bad, but I think your stockers are better....

If u do run those, get some wheel spacrers in the rear to push them out in the back a little more...

If it was my car, I would get the anthracite deep dish Ford GT replicas in 18X9 & 18X10.... It would look sweet with the white

Those are the 94-95 Cobra's.... those wheels arent bad, but I think your stockers are better....

If u do run those, get some wheel spacrers in the rear to push them out in the back a little more...

Those look pretty sweet. I was also considering the deep dish Black bullets with the satin rim.
