Oil on #3 and #4 plugs

I recently changed my spark plugs and to my dismay found oil on the threads of #3 and #4 and a little on the plug boot of #4. The spark plugs themselves were not fouled just regular wear. Does anyone one know the cause of this, and how much will the repair cost me? no, wait.....

Check your valve cover seals/gaskets. They can deteriorate and allow oil into the spark plug well.
