Don't know what Oreilly's is? Is it like a Pep Boys? At the time, it sounds like your injectors aren't pulsing. You are going nowhere like that. Where do you live again? A miata that wants to run for pinks is an interesting idea if it'll run on a track instead of the street.

I was curious so I just tried it in my Cobra and hit 132 in a half mile, i think it would of only hit 120 or so with stock gears. So at MINIMUM put gears and you might not loose your Stang to a Miata, which violates several Mustang Man Laws

And if he is only hitting 120 something is wrong B/C with Nitrous and a S/C he should have at least 300 RWHP and at that weight he should be @ 130-135 mph in a half mile Am I wrong?

My old '03 BRP supercharged Miata was transformed from a 15.9 stock, to a 13.5@105 mph in the 1/4 mile with the A/A intercooled supercharger setup. The Miata was extremely fast to 125mph, after 125 it would start to struggle to 135mph. My Miata did not have NOS, I think he has the advantage.

I would not race him!
