SN95 for puppy...

I could bet anything he had the dog since the first reward sign...Its great she got what she wanted but its ****ed up on his part that it took so much to return something that wasn't even his to begin with....

i can't believe the guy took the car. if i had been the one who found the dog, i would have thanked her for offering her car, but there is no way in hell anyone could get me to take the car for helping someone out. shame on the guy who took the car. he should have just been happy to help her get her dog back.

what has this world come to?

I agree 100%. This is another testament to the rapid decline of our society.

Even a 500 dollar reward would be hard to except...Let alone a car.....The most I would of asked back would be a 12 pack of beer...We've lost a dog and I feel for the lady cuz just remembering the tears of my mom when we couldn't find the dog made me feel bad....

Something seems amiss here. Doesn't PA require a change of registration and title for this transfer to be legally binding? If the car is still in her name and the driver does something stupid isn't she, as the registered owner, personally liable? The way the article read was that she just flipped him the keys took the dog. I don't know.
