any way of getting moisture out of headlights

hello, i have some halo projector lights in the car. when it rains or it gets washed, there is moisture inside the lense. it will dissipate if i drive a while with lights on. i don't want the moisture to stay in there and discolor the lenses. i doubt there is a way but i should ask anyway.

i know with regular lights all you have to do is drill a hole in the bottom, as soon as the sun hits it, or you turn the lights on it will dry out.

so all i do is heat the silicon and compress it while hot, then put more around the beads.

I got new headlights too n thei always happens to me and what i do is i take out the headlights n the bulbs n then i use a hairdryer to get rid of the water inside the lights n then i apply another coat of silicon.this works everytime i do it but sometimes the silicon doesnt completely stay on so thats y i get more water in it.but goodluck with the headlights cuz all the headlights for mustnags SUCK

Basically once you get them from the oven which basically just gets rid of the water inside apply the silicone while they are still warm and snap them back together. Once you do that clean the excess silicone from them and check for any spots that did not seal during that process. Fairly easy to do and a quick fix. Try to use the blue rtv, it usually works the best since it is made for making gaskets anyways. Good luck.
