Doesnt matter what overtime you lose it, doesnt matter how much time you need to heal. You lost twice and neither team is currently ranked and Arkansas never has been.
You cant skip over what you have seen the last few weeks, that just sounds like someone trying to make excuses to get LSU in.
Imo Oklahoma deserves it more than LSU, they won their conference just like LSU, but they beat the #1 team in the country by 21 points on a neutral field in that title game. LSU could only muster a 7 point win against a team that is not that great. Btw the Texas Tech team Oklahoma lost to on the road is ranked 26 in the AP right now, which is ahead of Kentucky and far ahead of Arkansas.
In that loss to Texas Tech, their freshman starting QB was injured. Both of Oklahomas loses were on the road unlike LSU losing to an unraked Arkansas at home last week.
Same deal with USC, they have won 4 in a row, 1 loss was on the road at Oregon who was #5 at the time and shortly after #2. Their bad loss was to Stanford early in the season when Booty was hurt. USC is comming off a blowout win against Arizona State on the road who was ranked #2 and a butt whoopin over UCLA.
Imo both USC and Oklahoma are just playing better right now and arent the polls supposed to be a ranking of how good the teams are right now, not 2 months away?
LSU is going to get in, but they dont deserve to.
