Aluminum Driveshaft for 03 Auto

Everyone,
I have a 03 GT auto trans and I've been told that they don't make an aluminum D/S. I've also been told that you can alter the aluminum D/S to work with the auto if you use the ends off the original D/S. Can anyone confirm that it's possible to install the aluminum D/S using the original D/S ends?

Yes, the aluminum DS is not made for the auto's(as advertised) but can be fixed to fit one by just simply swapping the stock yoke on to the new one. I recommned the Ford Motorsports aluminum DS from summit, just be sure it's for the right year.
