It's a one wheel wonder

Problem is whenever the car breaks traction no matter if it is a straight line, corner.. with traction control on or off. I get the one wheel spins all day.

Car is a 2001 with IRS, even so. Don't the IRS setups still have some sort of trac lock system? Maybe the clutches are spent in mine?

You need a new differiential, check out buyfordracing.com, they had good prices when I got mine. Or get a local shop to rebuild the one you have.

Does the 2001 Cobra use the same differential as the 03/04's?

Did you get the 31 spline t-lok like the one in the 03/04 cobras? If so how do you like it? I'm in desparate need of a rebuild in the rear and for the price thats not too bad.
