I finished my s trim install, just waiting on my tweecer and wideband. I am going to cap off my pcv system and was wondering if I will be alright with just a breather on the oil fill neck or do I have to get one put on the driver side valve cover as well. I havent taken it out yet but I have talked to numerous shops as well as vortech and they all feel that I will be making about 13 pounds of boost. Also how should I cap off the pcv on the lower intake?

good idea to cap that stuff off. i learned the hard way!
i have a breather on the pass. side and the pvc vented to the atmosphere, i THINK that is enough and seems to work well, although a bit messy.
it would be ideal to do both driver and pass. sides.
make sure you tune it well!

i always had problems unseating the dipstick on my car.
i took a small coin shaped piece of alum and welded it over my PCV hole in the back of my intake, so i dont have a PCV. i run one breather on my passenger side valve cover and i have no more issues now.
and i also reccomend dont go overboard with the car starting out.
the s-trim is going to be a HUGE kick in the pants over N/A.
i wish i would have tuned mine and got a WB earlier than i did, i ran around untuned using the FMU stuff. ran alright but blew a HG in a few months.
once i goy my tweecer and WB i dont why i waited so long.

you dont NEED them... you can use the free software caledit and calcon, but they sat its buggy and not near as good as EA and BE.

Caledit/Calcon sucks. I could never get them working right. BinaryEditor all the way. I guess you could write your tunes in BE and use caledit to write it to the tweecer if you had to tho.
