new BP gas!

anyone else feel like this gas is a little funny.

casue ive recently been using bp gas and it seems like when i frist go after i warm the car up i get real rough idle and a slighty sputter on accelration. but after about a mile or 2 it runs smooth a glass.its amazing i really feel the power but i really dislike the sluggishness i get for the frist bit ive never expericed this with any other gas.

ive only been using it casue gas prices jumped literly over 27 cents in one day here and they are the only ones who didnt jump that much only a few cents.

I don't know i usually use shell. I know that Ford recommends BP in all their new cars though

I buy BP as much as I can.

Havn't noticed any difference though.

i always buy bp...been noticing latelty thought that i can fill up to a full tank and about 4 miles down the road the needle will be in between full and 3/4 maybe it's just my car but it doesn't seem to do that with shell...and that's with me babying it and barely touching the throttle

i usually use bp gas, i actually saw about 1-3 better mpg with it in my saturn, havent had my mustang long enough to tell if it doesn any better. but i have never had a rough idle with the bp stuff

bp gas smells funny to me.. i try and run shell and chevron..

Sunoco man here. Isn't available nationwide, though. I used to use their 94 octane, but they got rid of it. Their 93 octane with 10% ethanol doesn't knock on my 94 tune, so I just use that. Makes a bit more torque, too!

We have 1 or 2 Sunoco stations here, i'd use them aswell but they are way out of my way.

BP is a good place to buy gas. They don't use Mideast oil in their refineries.

I use QT gas normally. The quality is pretty high and the price is usually cheap.

I use to use 76 a couple years back, then they had that tainted fuel incident that screwed up tons of cars in Oregon and Washington. I switched to Shell and have been using that for 2 years now.

that is wierd i have the same exact problem. its only on the first startup of the day and i only use BP....but i never even thought of it being the gas

yea. im saying the first one of the day. when i go some where and staRT it up agin no probelms.

sunoco is the good stuff. they are usally the cheapest but we got 3 sations and they are all not on my normal route.one actulyy carries leaded race fuel.

British Petroleum.

when i had the mustang i always used gas from Shell, i guess i like supporting Dutch companies.
