post up what yours weighs with whats done it in way of reduction and anything that added weight.

i want to get my car weighed. but. cant drive it right now so thats mute issue. want to see what all your cars are weighing in at!

the guy that sold me my coupe tried telling me it weighed 2700 pounds with an empty gas tank, meanwhile the car was bone stock, full interior, in full street trim with iron heads :rlaugh:

lucky for him the carfax checked out 46k original miles :nice:

i'm guessing more like 3000-3100 pounds, but i've never weighed it

mine with 2 big*** ams, and kicker L5 sub inclosure an half tank was 3280 with me in it. stock heads but carbed. full interior. last time i was 3150 i think without subs an amps an same amount of gas i believe. its full weight street car. bumper supports an everything is still there an thats with ponys

Weighed my BONE STOCK '93 Notch (AOD) with a full tank - 3,184 lbs.

Weighed my '93 Hatch (5spd), with aluminum heads, but subframes, half a tank - 3,160 lbs.

Weighed a stock 94 5spd 5.0L BONE STOCK with full tank - 3,380 lbs.

Weighed a 00 GT, full loaded, 5spd with half a tank - 3,337 lbs.

All on certified dirt track racing scales.

Mine weighed 3020, alum heads, radiator, driveshaft, no smog pump or ac and thats with a 6pt roll cage and ROH 17" rims. 1/4 of a tank and me not in it. Not sure how much I trust the scales I weighed it on but that should be close.

3055 1/2 tank of gas
Aluminum heads, subframe connectors, TKO 500, Ford RBlock, no rear seats or carpeting, 10# full n2o tank, fiberglass hood... think thats it

It's a 92 GT

Mine weighed 3018lbs with heavier 17" 96 cobra wheels/tires, but with the spare tire/jack removed. This is with 1/4 tank of fuel at the track scales. I would guess the actual stock weight somewhere in the 3030lb range with the same fuel level.

I've yet to re-weigh it....but even with the turbo kit, I would think she would weigh in under 3000lbs. :nice:

Mine tipped in at 3085. We weighed it for front/rear weight distribution but now I can't remember what that was. I also don't remember if the spare was in it or not, but the T-Tops were definitely on the car.

Mine weighs in about 3150 to 3200 lbs. This is an 89 LX hatch with me in it, anywhere from 1/4 tank to 3/4 tank, 18" wheels all the way around, no AC or smog (smog pump still bolted in), no rear seat, leather 01 GT seats, and some sound dedening removed (under trunk carpet etc).

2880 without me in it. Full interior minus carpet and the factory console delete. Nothing in the trunk either. Still has a steel hood but weighs just a little more than a typical high quality fiberglass hood. No A/C, no subs and amps or anything like that. 16'' ARE rims with fat tires all around (don't recall the size off hand). Someday i'm gonna put it on a real diet and try to get it down under 3k with me in it.

89 gt 2980 with 8pt cage, 10# nos bottle, fiberglass hood, big n lil draglites, no ac, no smog, c4, carbed, and all the factory interior nothing else stripped. weighed it at the scrap yard their scales are frequintly calibrated to keep em legal

My GT hatch t-top weighs 3050 with a full tank of gas.
For weight reduction i did:
A/C removal
smog pump removal
cobra intake, might be a little lighter than stock?
fiberglass hood
removed spare tire and jack
15lb racing seats
removed all that padding under carpet
all kinds of wiring harnesses that i did not need lol
I know theres more i just cant think of them

I imagine the seats did the most reduction. Those stock seats are pigs!!
