Wow, Pittsburgh's schedule is so much easier than last year. We'll see how it pans out. What's the deal with Pittsburgh almost always playing in K.C.? I saw Pitt play K.C. at Arrowhead back in '97 on MNF. Had great 40 yard line seats.

Well ****, leave it to Kansas City to break the bank and screw me on this one. :nonono:

You win, SVT. :nice:

they did not break the bank.. he wont get 14 mil this season.. it will be a multi year deal but not for that kind of cash

you have to remember the franchise tender is void once the trade is made and another reasonable deal was already worked out

Well, McFadden made an agent change back in March of 08' to none other that Drew Rosenhaus, which we all know has a reputation for bringing big money for his clients. I don't think he will be worth what he will ask for. He is a solid CB though. Not a starter behind Taylor and Townsend. The Steelers might want to think about keeping him over Townsend for the simple fact that he has 2 inches on him (6 foot vs 5-10) and is quite a bit younger.

Ughhhh, I hate Rosensleaze.

Thanks for the info. I think Denver is supposed to have him in this week and they might consider signing him, so it's good to know. :nice:

He is a good young player. I thinkn he will be a starter wherever he goes. And because he was on a SB winning team twice he will command alot of $$$. Not worth it in my book.

Also it was brought up that maybe harrison to the Pats. Not a good fit. He has played pretty much indoors his entire career. For his age and the weather, I don't see it working in anyones favor in that one. He will probably end up in a warm weather situation.

Giants Clean Up in F/A!

What a weekend for Giants fans. No so much for Cow/Eagle/Skin fans.

They picked up a speedy LB in Boley.
The added what they needed most last year: 2 more good players on the Dline.
Adding Bernard and Canty give the Giants the best Dline in the NFL. They already have one of the best Olines.

Feels like Christmas today!
