so i wanting to put some cams in my car, nothing to big cause its still a stock motor, heads. so i was looking at the bbr cams, prolly the nsr's. anyone have these cams? anyone recommend anything. what r some typical gains.

Yeah, I would personally go with the Brenspeed Detroit Rocker cams or FRPP Hot Rod cams. I don't trust BBR, especially with internals, and I don't know anyone that has their NSR cams, but I know the Hot Rod and Detroit Rocker cams have a lot of R&D put into them.

I was already to go with the hot rods then brenspeed came out with their detroit rockers. Those are looking very good. I like that dyno sheet.

Gonna purchase later this month.

wow thanks guys, looks like i found my answer. wonder what gains will be without LT's, as i do not have. Looking at the new FRPP intake manifold as well, and a driveshaft all at the same time.

I wouldn't have a problem w/BBR cams, they're a great company and really research their products. But, the Brenspeed rockers look like the way to go for me. Excellent N/A power, a good idle and Brenspeed is another excellent company. I have dealt with BBR and Brenspeed. I would give my business to either. I just like that new Brenspeed cam, the dyno results look awesome.

So I guess I've been behind the curve, as I just got my Hot Rods installed. I love the sound and one of my co-workers with his 'Maro SS thinks it's pretty badass too.

Got the car dyno-tuned as well and it made 335rwhp and 345 lbft, up from 310 rwhp and 330 lbft. Not a bad improvement if I say so myself.
