HCI for a 95 Gt

Well ... Lets See ... Stock is around 180

H/C/I with good supporting stuff will take you to around 300

Yes ... Most of the time ... 70% more of something is noticeable :)

I don't like the idea of having to keep filling up a bottle over,
and over, and over :(

I am just about stocl. I have CAI,3:73 gears, steada suspension and short throw shifter. Will i feel a great difrence in doing HCI???????? BTW i only have 48,000 or should i do NOS?

Average stock outputs are 190-195rwhp and 260-265rwtq so there's plenty of scope for improvement.
Nitrous oxide injection will only give a temporary boost while there's juice in the bottle. Once the bottle empties, you're back to stock outputs until you refill the bottle.
H/C/I will give you a permanent HP/TQ boost. Depending on your budget and which combination you choose, anything from 260-350rwhp is possible.

For all of those people on here who don't do the juice, you need to try it. Nothing compares, I mean nothing. It's not just about the power it puts the wheels, but the way it feels. Nothing slams you in the seat like nitrous. There's nothing like the feeling you get when the window switch gives the bottle the nod to let loose and the car instantly gains 250 ft.lbs of torque. Your neck might hurt for days, but it's so worth it.

I'm not doubting what Kurt is saying, but nitrous not really a very feasible "street" thing ...

Nailbender, just what do you want from your car? Track or street? Good power always there or massive power at the touch of a button?

You would probably feel a difference just by replacing the lower intake (or getting one ported by someone like TMOSS). Add heads and cam and a better intake, there is no doubt in the world that you would notice it.

I just want more power on the street. I have driven car with 400 hp and my gt is just so slow. I love the car it looks great. I am going to get a new Mustang iether this year or next so i was looking ofr something to increase hp's without costong alot of money.

if you are getting one this year, then yeck, you only have a few days left to get it, so why bother with modding the one you already have?

but i bet you really mean you are getting a new one either in 2011 or 2012 ...

to get to 400 out of one our motors while not touching the bottom end, you are talking about a blower and better heads aind intake.

a very well executed naturally aspirated heads/cam/intake combination on a 331 or 347 stroker motor can also net about 400 at the crank, or even maybe 400 at the wheels.

for that, you are looking at probably 3-4 grand.

mind if i ask how old you are? for me, 2 years is not a long time any more because i'm 50, so 2 years is only 4% of my life.

it is my opinion that getting into all that for the short run (with the plan of replacing it pretty soon anyways) is not worth the cost. you never get what you put into if back. i would just double down on the savings and make the new car happen sooner. otherwise, you are just throwing money away.

now if you decide to spend the 3-4 grand for more power anyways, then consider this option ... sell your car and take the money you get for it and add 4 grand to it and make me an offer for my mustang. i am selling it to finish the fairlane in my signature.

Haha you hit the nail on the head. That is what i was thinking after i posted. I am turning 40 in June going through mid life........well you know. I think i am going to just sell it or trade it in for a new Roush Mustang 427. You only live once
