What is plug for on my 76 cobra2
Father in-law died now trying to finish what he started its next to the distributor plug. Thanks in advance

It has 5 wires I think it oil light water temp but I'm not sure

Go to Mustang II Network - 1974 - 1978 Ford Mustang II they are very knowledgeable and active there. It might take a bit to get you in to the forum though. They are a little slow in registering.
