ran a few errands today. Nice weather so I'm trying to get in as many drives as I can before end of season
What heads are those ?![]()
Managed to "misplace" the actual car so I'm obviously not driving anytime soon...
I've seen the car in town a few times, definitely disappointed to see the shape it's in now.
Let me ask you something since you have one installed, do you know if the KB blowzilla 2.1L for the 94/95s would be able to fit our cars or is that just out of the question?
KB with a flowzilla inlet should have a 90mm TB which is what I have and is recommended by Kenne Bell.Yes, it will fit. You have to swap over to the Fox style throttle-body linkage.
"IF" you end up finding or already have a Blowzilla lying around, you should call Kenne Bell and try to get the Flowzilla manifold before installing. You'll be glad you did.
To maximize this install you will also need:
255L hi pressure Walbro Pump
42lb injectors
Boost-a-pump
Boost-a-spark (or Pertronics Second Strike)
80mm Throttle body
90mm Air Meter (and adapter ring depending on the type)
Anderson Ford Motorsport 4 inch Power Pipe (or whatever it's called)
Some elbows and clamps for the inlet
Big ass conical air-filter
Dyno-tune from someone who knows what the hell they're doing
Wide-band, Vac-Boost, and Fuel Pressure gauges
With a good suspension grip package, you'll be killing turbo cars light to light like it was a shooting gallery.
Yes it would work but 94/95 have a different throttle body and a shorter snout. You'd need to purchase a fox length snout.Let me ask you something since you have one installed, do you know if the KB blowzilla 2.1L for the 94/95s would be able to fit our cars or is that just out of the question?
Thanks I have found one and would really love to make this Build happen so if I pull the trigger and buy it trust me I am gonna be posting and asking a lot of questions.Yes, it will fit. You have to swap over to the Fox style throttle-body linkage.

Awesome, you will love it! Noobz347, Bullit347, and A91what were all a huge help with my install and well informed when it comes to twin screw superchargers. Thanks I have found one and would really love to make this Build happen so if I pull the trigger and buy it trust me I am gonna be posting and asking a lot of questions.
Out for a ride. Made a few stops, got a compliment on the interior...
Well everyone turns out the place I found that had KB blowzilla for 94/95 actually no longer has any in stock even though the website states they do, Thanks TPS Motorsports for the heartache. Back to the drawing board, either hellion single turbo or vortech v2 v3 just not real sure of the difference between the two.Yes, it will fit. You have to swap over to the Fox style throttle-body linkage.

I thought the roots KBs had long since been discontinued?
I wanted one, until I saw they were no lonhger made and had the reputation of being heat pumps
They do produce more heat than your typical centri style supercharger but all superchargers and turbos create heat which make for higher IAT's.I thought the roots KBs had long since been discontinued?
