Weird "blowing" Air Sound Wind Shifting

title pretty much says it all...when I shift I hear a weird air blowing/ little whine noise...any thoughts?

A little more specific, guessing it's a stick car, makes the sound as you move from gear to gear or after?
Does not do it just pushing the clutch pedal?

ok So I listen little more closely it does it in 1st 2nd and 3rd year and after I release the clutch that's when I hear it

Have you cheched the fluid level in the transmission

Is it possible the sound is coming from the engine compartment?
Any bolt on stuff like intake or throadel body

yea....I have not looked under the hood yet...I get home at night, and engine is hot so I forget once it cools down...I should check that

while on break I did pop the hood....no lose hoses or anything from what I could tell

next time you open the hood rev it and drop the throttle and rev it again to imitate shifting.
I'm leaning towards trans gear whine though.

sorry, man...can't get a good video with the sound....to me, just seems like some sort of exhaust leak or something....almost feels like I've lost power, but it could be in my head
