Just a quick question. I’ve been searching the web for the better part of the last hour for new original control arms and can’t find any without ball joints. For my sn95 swap, I will have to use sn95 ball joints (i don’t like the spacer option). I was hoping to find new arms I could just press the sn95 joints into. And in theory, empty control arms would be a little cheaper.
Does anybody know if they are available anywhere without ball joints already in them?

Thanks! Yeah, it’s an 86 Fox that I’m collecting parts for an sn95 5 lug swap. I was hoping to find them empty to save a few bucks. Not a huge deal if I can’t.

When I did my 5 lug swap I just rebuilt my stock arms. New sn ball joints (moog) and new polyurethane bushings w/o the steel case and just knocked them in.

NY. I did the same ,poly bushings in stock arms . I used a drill to get old rubber out of shell, then gorilla snotted the new ones in.

This is probably the route I’ll go. I was just worried about the ball joints fitting in the old arms properly.

I did the M-3075-A arms and machined myself up a spacer for the ball joint

How did that spacer work out? It just seemed “not right” to me. But I’ve seen pics of your car and work, and I’m pretty sure if it wasn’t right you wouldn’t do it.
I almost bought the spacers a while ago, but then I held off.
