DAmn.... I'd have to call them at this point and ask them what the fck they're doing.![]()

Got back a couple of days ago. Did a quick search of the garage and couldn't find it. I'm sure I put it someplace I can find it again easily...I can wait, thanks!![]()
Well I spent most of the week in the garage getting the car ready to go and still haven't found the emblem.Got back a couple of days ago. Did a quick search of the garage and couldn't find it. I'm sure I put it someplace I can find it again easily...
Had to clean up a big tree that went down over the winter. I plan to go out and see if I can find it again. Probably need to get the car started and pulled out of my tiny garage so I can at least move stuff around. Now to find a parasitic load that bothered me all last summer. Hang in there. If I don't find it I'll let you know by the weekend.
In any event, I'm kinda forced into it now. My truck is giving me problems, so I'm parking it until next week when a new part comes in for it. I need something to drive in the meantime, so the Cobra gets the nod. It seems that I remember it was running kinda rich after taking the jets back to original size. Attempting to go back through my posts, it seemed that I had it running pretty good with 66 jets so that's what I'm going to go with for now.I think I'm going to call it a success. It was 84° F today, a little on the cool side of average for around here which, in my mind, should work well. I ended up taking the jets down to 66 and 68 from 71 and 75 to begin with. I fiddled with the idle mixture screws a little again after the car warmed up and adjusted the idle again. Afterward, I ran to the gas station and filled it up. On the short drive the gauge ranged from around 12.4-14. something. I even stomped on it for a second and it dropped to a low of 10.something before bumping up to the 12s and 13s again. Seems that's about where it should be going from a bunch of different internet sources. That and I think I'd rather have it a tad on the rich side vs on the lean side and risk detonation. So that's where I'm going to leave it for now. It's going to be hard to not watch those numbers! Lol
I guess I'll play with it at another time again....Yea!so the Cobra gets the nod.
Bummer, was so close...I guess I'll play with it at another time again....
I went and bought myself a Christmas present a few minutes ago.....

I'll have to acquire a few more parts to have a complete system, but this was the most costly part of it all. There aren't a lot of reviews to go from yet, but the stuff I've seen has been mostly positive. Hopefully I'll have a good experience with it when I jump into installing everything.....
Most of the rest of the shopping list is already in my Summit wishlist. Having used a Fox fuel tank will be extremely helpful for this!!
