Ok, 01 GT, power locks work fine. Locks/unlocks fine with FOB. But....when I turn the key, it turns left and right as it should, but nothing happens. I took off the inside panel and looked at the key lock cylinder and it looks fine, however, there is nothing attached to it! It is not linked to anything. It just turns with the key as it should with nothing connected to it. So, that is obviously the issue. Here's the thing...I don't see any linkage inside the door that has come loose! Everything looks connected. There is nothing that fell to the bottom of the door, trust me, I checked....and checked...and checked. So I don't get it!

Does anybody have a video or picture of the 01 GT key lock system? I looked at You Tube with no joy. They all show an arm coming off the cylinder attaching to a rod, but I have NO arm or rod to attach it to. It's like somebody broke into my car, took off the inside panel, pulled out the key cylinder and stole the arm and rod! I don't see that happening! If it did, they put everything back together very nicely!

Anybody have anything on this?

Thank you!

Does anybody have one or can someone hook me up with someone that can find me the rod that go's from the LH (DRIVERS SIDE) key lock cylinder down to what I assume is the door lock actuator? There are three rods, one go's from the unlock knob that sticks up out of the door that you grab to unlock the door, one that go's from the door handle, and the one that I need as stated above. Junkyards don't want to remove from the door. Ebay only has sets of the three.

Thank you...Scott
