trouble with 70 mach hood turn signal

1970 mach1 right turn signal indicator on the hood near windshield stays on ( very dim) when headlights or parking lights are used. getting 2.4 volts reading at harness plug in under the hood anybody know where i can get a wiring diagram just for the hood signal lights or where to start looking for the bleed thru of voltage

I would say you have a bad ground on a headlight or a parking light. Check and clean all your grounds.
